Curaprox understands that to leverage engagement across social media channels, local knowledge is key. Click Tap Media manages all organic and paid social for Curaprox in the UK and its biggest challenge is moving a brand that is top of mind within the healthcare professionals but not consumers. On organic a mix of content is produced focusing on 3 pillars: awareness, engagement and sales. And with paid social, the focus is awareness with heavy use of video content.

Herbalife Nutrition | Organic Social

The Client

Herbalife Nutrition is a global nutrition company whose purpose is to make the world healthier and happier. We have been on a mission for nutrition – changing people’s lives with great nutrition products & programs – since 1980. Together with our Herbalife Nutrition independent distributors, we are committed to providing solutions to the worldwide problems of poor nutrition and obesity, an aging population, sky-rocketing public healthcare costs and a rise in entrepreneurs of all ages. We offer high-quality, science-backed products, most of which are produced in Company-operated facilities, one-on-one coaching with an Herbalife Nutrition independent distributor, and a supportive community approach that inspires customers to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle.

 

The Challenge & Strategy

Click Tap Media manages Herbalife’s UK presence on Facebook and Twitter. Herbalife’s business model is to sell it’s products through advocacy, brand ambassadors, and not online. This adds an extra layer to the usual brand challenge. The content needs to communicate to both a consumer and a potential ambassador. To solve this, Click Tap Media has a dual-targeting/audience strategy which goes after each audience with precision, therefore increasing Herbalife’s sales and optimising each stage of their sales process.

The Crystal Maze Experience | Pay Per Click & Paid Social

The Client

Jump into The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience – the hit 90s TV show now brought to breathtakingly immersive, genuine 3D life. It’s where teams run around madly, shout themselves hoarse, complete all sorts of tricky challenges and finish up in some lovely satin bomber jackets. Honestly, this has everything. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience is the ultimate team challenge. It’s truly interactive, seriously frenetic and, yes, extremely silly. Most importantly, of course, it is thunderously good fun!

 

The Challenge & Strategy

The Crystal Maze Experience faces a key challenge: a competitive entertainment/leisure market in London and Manchester. Additionally, there’s two audiences: corporate for team building and similar activities, and normal consumers both of which in a unique age group. To maximise their sales and revenue on this challenge, we developed an extensive and very detailed Pay Per Click strategy where in-depth expertise matters the most to capture leads but also to generate awareness through smart display placements and YouTube video campaigns. Facebook is also part of the strategy with paid ads where we leverage the reach imagery and video content across very detailed and specific campaigns. All online activity is synced with offline, part of the unique proposition of Media Agency Group.

 

Results

After the first month of managing Crystal Maze’s Google Adwords account, we reduced the Cost-Per-Conversion by 15% and saw an uptick in sales due to better campaign management. On the paid social, a more detailed and broken down audience allowed the client to have better performance insights and the opportunity to tailor their message to specific age groups and potential clients, leading to more leads/sales.

REON Energise Powder Shots | Pay Per Click + Programmatic

The Client

Reon has been created for those who live life on the go and who want to make the most of every day. Whether it’s to beat your personal best, refresh your focus or to get set for an all-nighter at work, Reon powder shots are an effective, every-day boost. With 4 sachets per pocket-pack, you can be ready for whatever the day brings. Reon energises with its combination of Vitamin B12 and caffeine, rather than through sugar. And with no sugar, there’s no crash and no calories. Each powder shot contains 80mg of caffeine (about the same as a double espresso) and 50% of your RDA of energising Vitamin B12. The Challenge & Strategy

REON is a new brand with a innovative product that consumers are not familiar with: on-the-go energising powder sachets. While the brand works advocacy and loyalty through social media channels, we support them with Pay Per Click and Programmatic advertising for both sales and awareness. On the lead generation, we created a Search and Shopping campaign to capture similar buyer intent on similar products, and on the awareness side we use multiple channels with focus on their potential customer journey across the internet: Display Ads, YouTube Video Ads and very detailed remarking strategy. Simultaneously, we help the brand get market insights, A/B test marketing messages and fine tune their target audience.

JD Seasonings | Pay Per Click

The Client

Jamie created custom blends while cooking for his friends and family, and thanks to them who encouraged him along the way, he decided to make his blends available for purchase online. All of the rubs and meal kits are hand blended and made with 100% natural ingredients with no sugar, additives, etc.

 

The Challenge & Strategy

JD Seasonings started off very successfully on social media channels with a good brand presence, and like many of our clients, needed to grow the business and sales by adding more marketing channels. To drive sales, we moved JD Seasonings to a complete Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign to capture buying intent around spices, rubs and meal kits by using Search and Shopping campaigns. At the same time, to cover all the customer journey, we designed display ads messaging and strategy, and added remarketing campaigns. YouTube is a strong channel for cooking, so naturally overlay banner ads are also part of the strategy for awareness and sales.
