The Challenge & Strategy
The Crystal Maze Experience faces a key challenge: a competitive entertainment/leisure market in London and Manchester. Additionally, there’s two audiences: corporate for team building and similar activities, and normal consumers both of which in a unique age group. To maximise their sales and revenue on this challenge, we developed an extensive and very detailed Pay Per Click strategy where in-depth expertise matters the most to capture leads but also to generate awareness through smart display placements and YouTube video campaigns. Facebook is also part of the strategy with paid ads where we leverage the reach imagery and video content across very detailed and specific campaigns. All online activity is synced with offline, part of the unique proposition of Media Agency Group.
After the first month of managing Crystal Maze’s Google Adwords account, we reduced the Cost-Per-Conversion by 15% and saw an uptick in sales due to better campaign management. On the paid social, a more detailed and broken down audience allowed the client to have better performance insights and the opportunity to tailor their message to specific age groups and potential clients, leading to more leads/sales.
