We offer high-quality, science-backed products, most of which are produced in Company-operated facilities, one-on-one coaching with an Herbalife Nutrition independent distributor, and a supportive community approach that inspires customers to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle.

The Challenge & Strategy

Click Tap Media manages Herbalife’s UK presence on Facebook and Twitter. Herbalife’s business model is to sell it’s products through advocacy, brand ambassadors, and not online. This adds an extra layer to the usual brand challenge. The content needs to communicate to both a consumer and a potential ambassador. To solve this, Click Tap Media has a dual-targeting/audience strategy which goes after each audience with precision, therefore increasing Herbalife’s sales and optimising each stage of their sales process.
