The Story

Savills provide proven and innovative support to locations and centres across the UK. They are responsible for the development and management of town AND city centres, as well as retail and leisure complexes, commercial areas, and Business Improvement Districts. They wanted a campaign creating to increase engagement with their audiences, and ultimately drive footfall and increase spend at selected leisure parks/centres.

The Solution

With a strong digital presence that would raise awareness and traffic across digital channels, the campaign approach focused on creating a mass reach-targeting the audience across Paid Social and PPC, with “always on” channels that then worked audiences through the full funnel from awareness to conversion. Our inhouse design team assisted with creatives that enabled us to leverage different strategies and ad formats at every stage of the funnel throughout the campaign.

The Results

We ran this campaign for two selected sites, Xscape Yorkshire and Milton Keynes.
