The Story

When the vaccination rollout was happening, an age group was found lacking on the uptake. We therefore ran an integrated campaign with the NHS South East to dramatically improve the uptake of vaccinations in young adults. The multi format campaign was strategically planned and executed within 8 days from receiving the brief, inline with the removal of pandemic restrictions in July 2021.

The Solution

The campaign was underpinned by the phrase ‘Grab a Jab’, which was used in the creatives our in-house team designed to demonstrate how easy and effortless getting the COVID-19 vaccine was.

Our team identified high indexing channels to engage with the audience, and we ran the campaign across digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat due to the age and regional targeting capabilities available. We also used  these digital channels to ensure we would engage with individuals in multiple environments to increase  the frequency of the campaign message.

The Results

Throughout the pandemic we all wanted to do our bit, and for us, this was just that, assisting the NHS by running a valuable campaign. Looking at results from the online campaign, we can see it was a huge success:

The campaign exceeded the digital impression target by over 89%.

On Snapchat specifically, the average Swipe up rate for Snapchat is 0.35%. Our campaign exceeded this by over 140%.
